Delivery

Shipping/ Delivery :

To prevent wear and tear during transit, all of your orders are carefully wrapped using only reusable & recyclable packaging . To leave a low carbon footprint, we only deliver once a week. If you'd like to receive your parcel earlier please leave a note during checkout. To ensure that your products reach in good shape and on time, we only partner with reliable courier service firms.

Domestic Delivery :

A flat delivery fee of Rs400 will be charged for Domestic deliveries within Srilanka. Custom or Pre- orders may take longer; a delivery date will be emailed to you. 

For any and all orders you will be provided with tracking information.

Please note, during festivals, adverse weather conditions or other such crises, your shipment could get delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time and our team will keep you updated in case of any delays.

International Delivery :

We ship worldwide. Depending on factors such as weight and location, shipping to any nation outside of Sri Lanka can cost anywhere from $20 upwards in addition to the purchase price. The total cost will be determined before checkout. 

For international orders we undertake payments via PayPal & Bank Transfer only.

Any delays, customs fines, or levies are not the responsibility of Ceylon Threads. All relevant import and clearance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by country and are determined by your local government.
